Terms of Service

This website is operated by Justin Ray Williams, LLC ("we", "us"), a concert promotion, festival production, and event management company based in South Carolina. You can reach us at justinw@carolinafame.com.

The booking inquiry form is a request for information, not a contract. Submitting it does not reserve a date, hold an artist, confirm pricing, or create any obligation on either side. A booking exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Specifically, when you submit an inquiry:

• Your name, email, phone, organization, event date, venue, budget range, artist interests, and message are stored in our secured booking database and emailed to our booking team.
• We use that information only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
• We may share the relevant details with the artist, venue, or production partners needed to answer your request, and with the service providers that host our website, database, and email.
• Inquiry records are retained for up to three years for business and accounting purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing justinw@carolinafame.com.
• Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to our newsletter. Newsletter signup is a separate, explicit opt-in you can cancel at any time.
• Please don't include payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data in the form. Send only what's needed to discuss the event.

You agree the information you submit is accurate and that you're authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization named. Automated, duplicated, or abusive submissions may be rate-limited or blocked.

We do not sell tickets on this website. Every "Buy Tickets" link sends you to a third-party ticketing provider or the venue's own box office. Your purchase is a transaction with that seller, governed by their terms, their fees, and their refund policy — not ours.

Refund policy: tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. If an event is cancelled, the ticket seller or venue refunds the ticket face value to the original method of payment; service and delivery fees may be non-refundable at the seller's discretion. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are typically honored for the new date, and refund windows, if any, are set by the seller. Always confirm the policy with the seller before you buy — request refunds directly from them, not from us.

Prices, dates, venues, times, and lineups shown on this site are the best information we have and can change. Listings are informational and are not an offer to sell. The seller's checkout page is the authoritative source for availability and final price, including fees and taxes. Cancelled, postponed, and rescheduled shows are marked on the event page as soon as we're notified.

Buy only from the official links on this site or from the venue directly. We can't help with, and aren't responsible for, tickets bought from resellers or third-party marketplaces.

Admission is subject to the rules of the hosting venue, including bag policies, age restrictions, prohibited items, and recording restrictions. Venues may refuse entry or remove attendees under their own policies. Where a clear bag policy applies, it is noted on the event page.

Subscribing is optional and consent-based. We send show announcements, on-sale alerts, and occasional news. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. We don't sell or share subscriber addresses.

Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and we honor browser-level opt-out signals where required by law. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Site text, design, logos, and original photography are owned by Justin Ray Williams, LLC or used with permission. Artist names, images, and marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for event promotion. Don't reuse site content commercially without written permission. Press and promoters may request assets by email.

This site links to ticket sellers, venues, and social platforms we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, security, or practices, and their terms apply once you leave this site.

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep event details accurate but don't warrant that listings are error-free, complete, or continuously available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Justin Ray Williams, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its listings, and our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law. This section does not affect your rights against a ticket seller or venue.

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
